How is session time calculated?
Session (and one-shot Scrape) time is measured from start until stop, rounded up to whole minutes against your plan quota. Idle time counts toward usage.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated via Stripe). Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period — you keep your current plan until then. Manage changes on the Billing page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe. Credits packages can be purchased anytime for overage usage.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan gives you 300 minutes every 30-day cycle — no credit card required. You can test captcha solving, CDP connections, and all core features before upgrading.
What happens if I exceed my plan minutes?
Free users cannot create new sessions once the quota is exhausted. Paid plans continue using Credits at 0.06 credits per overage minute (buy Credits on the Billing page).
Do unused minutes roll over?
No, minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle. Free uses a 30-day cycle; paid plans follow the Stripe subscription period.
