1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Browser Forest (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Browser Forest provides cloud-hosted browser sessions accessible via Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP). The Service includes anti-detection Chromium instances, captcha solving, and API access for automated browser workflows.
3. Account Registration
Access to the Service requires authentication via enterprise email, GitHub OAuth, or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. You must not share your API keys or allow unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Illegal activities or fraud
- Credential stuffing or unauthorized access attempts
- Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Sending spam or unsolicited communications
- Activities that violate the terms of service of third-party websites
- Hosting, distributing, or accessing illegal content
5. Payment & Billing
Browser Forest offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. Overage usage beyond plan limits is charged at the published overage rate. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Browser Forest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service and any stored data will be revoked.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
